The weather sensor MAWS6056BC is a powerfull instrument measuring the weather conditions. This intelligent and sturdy device used for ballistic correction measures in a permanent way :

• the wind speedrelated to magnetic North
• the wind direction related to the magnetic North
• the ambiant temperature
• the atmospheric pressure

The high precision weather sensor MAWS6056BC answers quickly the variation of the wind and measures from the slightest breath. The measurements provided by the weather sensor are transmitted by a serial link RS-422 (or MilCAN bus on request)  to the MBT fire control system (or other). Thanks to an integrated electronic compass, the wind direction is always indicated related to magnetic North.

This weather sensor supports without any problem shocks and vibrations. It does not require any particular maintenance.

As an option, this weather sensor can be equiped with our digital ammunition storage temperature sensor (TEMPEX). It is robust, compact, automatic and without any moving parts.

La sonde météo 5060 est un instrument digital performant permettant de mesurer les conditions environementales en temps réel.

Basée sur la même technologie que sa grande soeur 6056, cette version est spécialement conçue pour les véhicules blindés légers à roues, équipés de tourelles de petit ou moyen calibre.

Le principe breveté sans parties mobiles le rend parfait pour les environnements militaires: vibrations, chocs, poussière et eau.

La sonde météorologique 5060 est entièrement automatique et mesure de manière permanente:

• la vitesse du vent
• la direction du vent relative au Nord magnétique
• la température de l’air
• la pression atmosphérique
• l’humidité relative (optionnel)

La sonde météo 5060 est dotée d’une haute précision. Elle réagit instantanément aux variations de vent et mesure le moindre souffle. Les mesures fournies par la sonde sont transmises à la suite NBC (ou autre) par l’intermédiaire d’une liaison série RS-422 / RS-485.

Les sondes IRDAM sont certifiées selon les standards militaires et ont reçu le label “Swiss Made”.

Elles offrent l’avantage de n’exiger aucun entretien particulier, si ce n’est un contrôle et une calibration régulière comme n’importe quel instrument de mesure de haute précision.

Equipements additionnels en option:

• Compas électronique indiquant la direction du vent et du véhicule par rapport au nord géographique.
• GPS qui combine les coordonnées géographiques
• Capteur digital de température TEMPEX (sol, soute à munitions, etc).
